Beverage Laboratory Hot Fill (HTST) Pasteurizer (TPS1-200F)

BLT’s Beverage Laboratory Hot Fill (HTST) Pasteurizer makes it easy for you to develop a wide variety of products.

The Hot Fill (HTST) Pasteurizer has a capacity of 1 litre per minute, depending on your needs. It can produce samples as small as 500 ml.

The Hot Fill (HTST) Pasteurizer provides beverage manufacturers and ingredient suppliers a simple method for producing custom samples.

• Plug and Process — The BLT Pasteurizer is an all-electric machine, that can be used anywhere at your location.
• Safe to Use — The System includes a bottle filler box, and a hot water heater with digital controller. You control the temperatures.
• Less Steps for You — The BLT Pasteurizer is easy to clean and flush with water between samples using the auto-refill water feature.

BLT Batch Bottle Pasteurizer

This Pasteurizer is the complete piece of equipment for beverage making!

You are able to heat and cool filled bottles to your exact specifications. It is a free-standing, movable unit which holds all bottles to be pasteurized. It makes processing of a wide range of products simple, safe, and scalable.

You Have a Wide Choice on How to Test Beverages
You decide your desired pasteurizing temperatures, hold times, heating water temperatures, and cooled product temperatures . . . all with the easy-to-use touch screen operator interface.

When you press the Start key, your unit automatically fills, pasteurizes, and cools the bottles for you. An alarm lets you know when the cycle is complete.

The BLT Batch Bottle Pasteurizer is made primarily of stainless steel.

The nominal capacity is 15 to 20 bottles (typically 12 ounces (340 grams)) of juice or beer bottles.

The Bottle Pasteurizer is made exclusively by hand in our plant in Largo, Florida, U.S.A.

It can be put on casters, or built to your custom specifications for easy installation, and integration with other products at your location.

Options for the Batch Bottle Processor:

BLT Batch Bottle Chiller

The BLT Batch Chiller is designed to cool bottles efficiently, create consistent processing
results, and boost your testing productivity. It consists of a stainless steel sink, and a water chilling unit. The chiller is air-cooled, and is self contained. Both the sink and the chiller are piped together.

Flexibility Offers Fast and Easy Integration

The BLT Batch Bottle Chiller works well in your lab because it is a self-contained, moveable unit. You just roll it into place and begin using it.

• Equipment can be put on casters — The BLT Bottle Chiller goes anywhere you need it in seconds.
• Water circulates through the chiller to maintain temperature —The chiller maintains a control range from 40-100 degrees Fahrenheit (4 to 37 degrees Celsius).

Data logging is a key issue for recording trials information. It is also a powerful tool for correlating results from small scale equipment to large industrial machinery.

BLT offers you both hardware and software data logging methods for our equipment. We partner with a local company that specializes in automatic control and integration. Together, we create made-to-order data collection and control systems for you.

We help you choose products from automation control manufacturers, or use a custom specified manufacturer.

You can have data collection information that:

• Logs temperatures, speeds and loads for specified time intervals
• Stores information on removable thumb drives, or wireless networks
• Transfers data by email to a specific destination
• Presents data in spreadsheet, graphic, or comma separated data strings format
