Construction for Efficiency and Reliability

Our depositors use servo or pneumatic pump drive systems. Depositors can be custom designed and fabricated, giving you versatility, while providing accuracy and precision. You can choose from a variety of models to fit your laboratory testing requirements.

All models dispense and fill with an emphasis on maximum testing flexibility, and ease of use. All models can be built to operate either manually or automatically.

Our depositing machines are all hand crafted in the United States of stainless steel. The depositors are designed with sanitation in mind, offering easy cleaning.

BLT Servo Depositors

Servo Depositors are built with an emphasis on outstanding accuracy for various types of viscous products. Operation is simple with the BLT touch screen operator interface.

Configuration Advantages

When developing your products, the BLT Servo Depositor offers excellent precision-making product development. You can repeat tests, recall parameters, change ingredients, and duplicate your processes within short timeframes, using the easy-to-use operator interface. Product loss is minimal. Each depositor is supplied with multiple dies to produce a variety of product patterns, and custom dies are available.

Hopper Advantages

If your laboratory testing calls for separate hoppers to combine different products and desired rate to fill your product, BLT Servo Depositors are an ideal solution.

Servo Depositors feature two (or more) individually heated and temperature-controlled product hoppers and pump heads with independent servo operation. Three or more hoppers are an alternative choice for meeting your work requirements. You can choose:
 

• desired rate to fill your candy or confection
• precise position controls
• independent product hopper controls, for you to easily co-deposit 2 or more products with different properties.
• independent parameter controlled pumps, tailored to set the up-and-down speed, start-and-stop timing and stroke length.
• specific values for your products, and the ability to store recipes, letting you easily repeat tests.

Servo Depositor Specifications.

Footprint.

Typical, two hopper servo depositor:  48 in x 28 in x 72 in high (122 cm x 71 cm x 138 cm high).

The Servo is frame-mounted to stand on your laboratory floor. It can be put on casters, or built to specification for easy installation and integration with your other products.

Electricity.

• 120 volt, single phase
• 15 amps (depends on number of hoppers and heat requirements)
• 220 volt, 50 Hz is available if desired

Heating.

• Electrically heated and digitally controlled with digital readouts
• Individual heat control for each hopper
• Individual heat control for each depositing head
• Individual heat control for common die plate

BLT Pneumatic Depositors

These hand-crafted, precision-built depositors operate with compressed air. They are built with the same high standards as our servo depositors. They are a lower cost alternative for less complex laboratory testing.

Pneumatic Depositor Advantages

The BLT Pneumatic Depositor is an affordable machine that stands out when you need basic prototype samples. This machine excels at making samples to create a concept, or taste combinations for various recipes.

If you are looking for a counter top depositor to produce small amounts of test products, the pneumatic depositor is an excellent choice!

Pneumatic Hopper Advantages

BLT Pneumatic Depositors are available in two standard models:

• Single hopper and pump head for 1 color or flavor (DEP1).

• Single hopper, with a divider plate for 2 colors or flavors of the same product type. (DEP2).

The DEP2 machine is perfect for testing two different chocolate or hard candy varieties without any extra steps!

Custom Chip Depositors

BLT builds custom chip depositors with multiple product hoppers. The unique design features enable you to develop multi color/flavor chips, chocolate drops, and chips with specialty coatings.

The depositors feature temperature controlled hopper(s) and a die plate.  The chip depositor platform raises and lowers with each pump stroke to create a unique chip shape. BLT Custom Chip Depositors range in size from small, bench top units to large floor models.

Choose either pneumatic or servo drives, matching your needs to the right machine for you.
