(www.blt-inc.com) introduces the Winn-45 Bantam Cocoa Bean Winnower, available for artisan chocolate makers and technical centers of chocolate manufacturers. The Winn-45 Bantam Cocoa Bean Winnower includes BLT's unique bean breaker, sieving and dust collection system, and will process up to 45 Kg of cocoa beans per hour. The winnower is suitable for roasted and unroasted beans.
The Winn-45 Bantam Winnower is one of three winnowers currently offered by BLT. Capacities range from 15 Kg of cocoa beans per hour with the popular Winn-15 Mini Winnower, to 150 Kg of cocoa beans per hour with the original Small Scale Winnower. The winnower designs, based on large-scale industrial winnowers, allow for maximum efficiency, flexibility and cleanliness in small scale operations.
