Winnower for Artisan Chocolate Makers & Chocolate Research and Development

BLT is proud to announce the release of our new Small Scale Winnower, which is now available for Artisan chocolate makers and chocolate R&D.  The chocolate equipment shown here has a capacity of approximately 150 - 200 kgs/hour, and a footprint of 5 ft. x 12 ft.  Any seasoned chocolate maker will appreciate that the bean breaker supplied with the winnowing system works equally well on roasted or unroasted beans. We also offer various systems for loading cocoa beans into the breaker. The winnower has four screens, which can be specified by the customer.  A screen raking system maintains the flow of cocoa nibs through the screens.  A vacuum system collects shell debris.
